Knitting Stitches

How to knit?  First, we have to know two basic stitches, one is knit stitch and the other is purl stitch. Anyway, it is not enough merely to learn these two basic stitches, we must learn other knitting stitches to get a project done.

To start a knitting project, we have to know how to cast on, this is the step to making very first stitches onto the needle. What if you come to the end of your knitting piece? How to get your knitting piece off the needle to secure the last low of stitches? Thus, you have to know how to bind off.

You could start to knit a very simple project after you know how to knit these simple stitches. However, that is very hard to create other more complicated patterns with these simple stitches. I have posted a few stitches below as a reference. I think they are good enough for a beginner.
